In order to better utilize the potential of existing employees and optimize production processes, Hofmann Glastechnik GmbH relies on the automation of repetitive, manual tasks. Two collaborative robots from Universal Robots take over machine loading in the fully automated series production of glass cuvettes. Their use not only stabilizes the production processes, it also improves the quality of the glass components and simplifies the employees’ work processes.
